Terms of Use

The service

The Knowledge provides study, map, revision, run, and account tools. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Free trial and subscription

New eligible accounts receive a 14-day free trial without payment details. After the trial, continued access requires an active monthly subscription unless the account has been granted free access.

• On iPhone and iPad, subscriptions are purchased through the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
• The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Existing subscriptions

If you subscribed on another supported platform, you may sign in with the same Knowledge account to access the service. Billing for that subscription remains managed on the platform where it was purchased.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, copy or redistribute protected content without permission, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Availability and changes

We work to keep The Knowledge available and accurate, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features and content may be corrected, updated, or changed as the service develops.

Apple terms

Use of the iOS and iPadOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
