The map is the centre of the app, use it as your main workspace. The top search bar finds points and places, the menu opens the app tools, and the bottom buttons control location, navigation, and Street View.
- Log in and the app opens on the map.
- Use the search bar to find a knowledge point by name or address.
- Open the menu button to switch between Ride, New, Resources, My Runs, My Bike Lists, Points revision, and Account.
- Hide pins by tapping the icon in the top-left corner.
- Tap and hold the pin button in the top-left corner to open the pins filter.
/manual-videos/getting-started.mp4Pins And Colours
Pins mark the knowledge points. Each colour is a rating you can use to track progress.
- Tap a pin to open its name and address.
- Each tap on a pin changes its colour. Use the colours to distinguish points you know well from the ones you still need to learn. All pins start as red.
- You can later filter or revise the points by the colour you assign to them
/manual-videos/pins-and-colours.mp4Ride
Ride mode is for using the map to freely explore the points while on your bike or at home. It keeps the map clear and gives quick access to your position, Street View, and sat nav behaviour.
- Choose Ride from the menu.
- Tap the location button to centre on your current position with north up view.
- Use the navigation button when you want the map to follow your movement.
- Tap the camera button, then tap a place on the map to open Street View at that position.
/manual-videos/ride-mode.mp4New
New mode serves two purposes: drawing Run lines and creating Bike Lists. You can also combine both.
- Choose New when you want to clear the current work area.
- Create a Run or create a Bike List as explained below. You can also combine them together.
- Save your work when you are ready to keep it. Choose Run or Bike List when saving.
/manual-videos/new.mp4Create Runs
Pen your lines, save them, and organise them the way you like. You can also add Run text that can be played aloud.
- Choose New from the menu.
- Select one of the draw buttons to start drawing lines on the map.
- You can pen two lines, red and purple, and check their distances.
- Tap on A and then tap on the map to mark the start of the split line. Do the same with B and the straight blue split line will be drawn.
- Use the route button to calculate the shortest red road route. Via points shape only the red route: they do not alter the blue split line and are not saved with the run.
- For a verified taxi-only manoeuvre, choose Correct section and tap its start on the automatic route. Each following tap extends the orange permitted path; tap the automatic route again to finish. Check the call and road name before applying it.
- Use undo to remove the last part of your line, or tap and hold the clear button to erase it completely.
- Tap save and choose Run. Select a folder, or create a new one while saving.
- Remember that you can save your run and selected pins together.
